Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping of $5 for urban NZ addresses and $10 for rural addresses. Please ensure that you select the correct shipping when checking out.

Once your order is processed, your items will be shipped by tracked courier.

Deliveries usually take 1-2 business days but please understand that shipping delays can occur. Lately courier companies have been experiencing delays due to COVID restrictions and holiday periods will often gave delivery delays also.

Incorrect shipping selection at checkout will result in an invoice for the difference in shipping to be paid before we can ship your order.

Returns / Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

If the item has been damaged during delivery or if the engraving is incorrect, please contact us right away so that we can resolve the issue.

Messages outside of these times will be replied to on the next business day.
